    BOSTON - The U.S. Coast Guard's top leader visited Boston today to speak to local Coast Guard members and college students. Adm. Thad Allen's first stop was the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Boston where he met with a crew of Boston-based Coast Guard members and spoke about organizational changes and development within the Coast Guard. He communicated his vision of modernizing the Coast Guard to operate at all levels with the same efficiency and effectiveness as today's top corporations.
