CHATHAM, Mass.- American Canoe Association Certified Instructor Linda Fisher-Hilmer (standing) gives pointers on how to safely enter and exit a kayak at the Cape Cod Paddle Smart Safety Clinic held June 28, 2008 at Jackknife Beach in Chatham. U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the American Canoe Association instructors demonstrated safe kayaking skills and techniques to educate paddlers to be responsible when kayaking or canoeing.
